    Run treadmill 2%. Killer workout, but felt awesome was finished. All DL unbroken, but not lightning fast. Jumps were ok, higher next time for sure.

    Scaled: DL @ 40kg, jumps to bench (20”?).

    Running(2%) needs work, feels awkward. DL felt good, heavier next time. Jumps ok, technique a little ‘wasteful’, but will improve.
