    Subbed/scaled: 1km run (no rower), 50kg Hang clean (70kg possible, but dodgy technique)

    The run was 4:40 (treadmill 2%), and therefore the 5 sets of HC and PU’s took approx 16:50. Kipping on pullups slightly better when using a mixed grip…leads me to believe that my grip slipping is a major factor when kipping. Need to invest in chalk.

    HC wasn’t heavy but first time to technique was more important than load. Will make pullups harder from now on. Looking forward to rest day and massage tomorrow :)
