Video - Overhead squats
This video shows Peter and Adam repping a few overhead squats. By his own admission Peter isn't very confident with this exercise. With some more practice and a greater range of motion around the hip whilst under load Peter will be pushing heavy loads in no time. Adam has good flexibility about the hips and decent core strength due to his martial arts training. His squats are pretty good although he needs more practice and needs to start pushing heavier loads.
