Last night I actually dreamed that I was doing shuttle runs. Did really well too, might have to give this a shot, see if I can make dreams come true.

Raced Pete and did a 32.4 in the dry but with concussion.
5 mins later raced Bjorn and dead heated in 33.54.
Love those less than 100m shuttles. (Always said it was a waste of time running more than 100m!!!)
