The Bear

Maximum reps at 40kg without letting go of the bar or pausing at the bottom.

The Bear is: power clean, front squat, press (bar returns to behind the head), back squat, press (bar returns to the rack).

Can you clarify the not letting go of the bar part? I was under the impression with the bear that you can let go of the bar, but it isn't allowed to touch the ground.

How can you let go of the bar without it touching the ground? Also, how can you perform a clean without the plates hitting the ground (assuming no hang cleans)? Remember, this is a challenge so it's been slightly modified from what might otherwise be considered "normal".

Yeah. Got your point. But we aren't doing that WOD. This challenge is unbroken, max reps, hands don't leave the bar. Great video!
