150 air squats for time. Hips must break parallel at the bottom in all repetitions. Full extension at the top.

Took me just over 7 mins, completed after a 5km run and my legs were exhausted!

I'm interested to see how much I can push myself with this as my squats have come a long way in the short time I've been hitting CrossFit. It's getting easier to ignore the searing pain.
Going to try top this before the week is out.

2:37, although Amy thinks I may have done 160 squats. My counting got a little confusing around 80 to 90 reps.
Squats weren't low enough in first 50, didn't open hips enough at top. SHIT!
