Can you make it onto the SOB and Fatboy stacked on top of each other?

Nope, i've seen it done, and still didn't believe it happened. You and Bjorn are bouncy boys....

110cm, back of a picnic bench.
Height is 188cm
Can't tell you the looks I got running up the bench, jumping up, running off, then running back with a tape measure, then scampering off again.

Stacked 2 rubber plates on top of the fat boy and SOB and got on top of that tonight. We didn't have a tape measure so will have to measure it another time. I'm 189cm. Reckon I could have put another plate on but it was feeling pretty unsafe as it was.

May I be so bold as to suggest a safer approach?
How about putting the plates *under* the tyres or used a box and put plates *under* it?
Great efforts, Angus & Jarrod.

Can we get some standards to the jump. Can one step into the jump, or is it from a standing position? and, do you have to stand at the top of the jump, to full hip extension?

I nailed a 46" (117cm) jump for 3 reps. I'm 177cm - so 66% of my height.
Also not the safest set up.
From the bottom up it was made from: A 14" stage, 2 x reebok steps set to their highest (on seperate steps), A flat bench, 2 x 2 25kg weight plates, one person holding the edge of the bench so it didn't collapse!
It was from a standing start, I couldn't get full hip extension on top as I would have hit the ceiling, but I definately stuck it with both feet on top.

Standards:
You must start from a stationary position with both feet firmly on the floor.
You must stand to full extension after landing on top on the object that you jumped upon.
