Bar hang

Hang from the pull-up bars for as long as possible.

No rules except only your hands can touch the bar, the rest of you hangs in space.

4:39 on Monday morning. Didn't beat him (i think) but beat my PB by more than 2 minutes. :)

I think Eu Jin has +5 time. I got 2:30 on my recent attempt. 2min shorter than my PB. Need people to cheer for this one.
