CrossFit group training
CrossFit classes offer an intense workout in a group environment. Training with a group provides the added benefit of competition and encouragement. It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is, you will learn to test your limits under strict supervision and with the support of your training partners.
These classes are nothing like the standard aerobics, boxercise or step classes you may be familiar with. We utilise only strict, functional, compound movements performed at high intensity with correct form. You will first learn how to perform the exercises before progressing to the more intense workouts.
In a CrossFit class you will be exposed to all of the following (and much more):
- Kettlebells
- Olympic rings
- Olympic weightlifting
- Gymnastics
- Callisthenics
- Plyometrics
- “Strongman” training
All CrossFit classes are approximately 60 minutes in length and include: warm up, technique instruction, and the workout itself.
These classes are suitable for all persons regardless of current fitness levels. All exercises can be scaled to suit your capabilities. You will steadily improve as you attend more classes.
Classes start from $9 per session. The more often you train, the less it will cost you per session (and you will become fitter, faster).

Personal fitness coaching
Personal fitness coaching will allow you to focus on exactly what you need to achieve your goals. Whether you are interested in improving your fitness or mastering specific techniques our trainers offer the coaching you need. Each session is tailored to your needs.
We focus on the correct execution of movements, the development of various skills and promote an ongoing lifestyle change that results in elite health & fitness that lasts.
Sessions are generally 30 minutes in length however sessions may last anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on the individual requirements of the athlete.
Sessions are available for one, two and three participants per trainer. Prices start from $33 per person for 30 minutes (3:1).
