A new approach to rest days

Hi all,

We’re making a change to the way rest days will work in the gym.
You will have three options:

1. follow the prescribed technique practice
2. practice a movement that you need to practice
3. complete a WOD from the previous 7 days that you missed

It will be a bit like an open gym session.

The only restrictions will be due to time and space and trainer directions. At all times we will have you best interests in mind.

We’ll test it out for a while and see how well it works.

Thank you to Michaela for her valuable input.

Cheers, Adam.

Sounds great Adam.  Can’t wait to give it a try!

Luckily, I have a long “I suck at…” list smile

First new format rest day yesterday and it went really well.  Had some people lifting heavy, a few doing a workout they missed and some people working on technique, great to see.
