Adam’s pre-games programming has a ‘games style WOD’ set for me tomorrow and I want a group to do it with to really push me. Was thinking perhaps Eu-Jin’s group could be a part of this too.
Needs to be under 10 minutes and really smash me. 3 rounds of 3 movements, mainly odd object stuff. Something like:
3 Rounds for time:
15x sandbag power clean
1x Gasser sandbag run
10x weighted pullups
I’ll be using a 10kg dumbell for the pullups and the heaviest sandbag I can find. Those scaling could loose the weight for the pullups and power clean a dumbell/kettlebell as well as use it for the run. Going to warmup at 11:00 and start at 11:30. Let me know if you’re keen. If we need to do it in two rounds then that’s what we’ll do.
Will be doing a sexy metcon Saturday to keep the juices flowing and would love of group of guys and gals to train with. Warming up beforehand, we’ll be starting at 11:00am.

Looks like a pretty “soft” workout Gus.
Should add some PVC deadlifts using a purple band as well as some box jumps at a height of 5cm.
I’d love to join you but unfortunately the zimmer frame is in the workshop - getting some heavy duty off road wheels added in the hope of improving my 400m split times and finally going under 25mins for “Helen”.
