OK, I haven’t started this to air dirty laundry of a personal nature, just as a place to state the anti-Crossfit stuff you may do. It’s also not meant as “dobbing-in” thread, more of a “Crossfit Confessional”.  Hopefully other members may be able to motivate you to change your bad habit. For example:

I live 2.5 km from work…

I love sleeping in, so I drive….

There, I said it.

I drink too much beer sometimes and make a fool out of myself (ask Angus).

I sleep on random people’s couches (ask Angus).

My olympic lifts are honestly getting there, but need a lot more work at home now that I have a bar & home gym (ask Angus).

Oh.. and I honestly spend WAY to much time @ work printing, reading, digesting, banging-on about training, nutrition, and CrossFit… which is not a bad thing he?

Any further information please ask Adam (or Angus). hehe

I bought an olympic bar 18 months ago and have used it personally about 4 times

I have a dirty, dirty, sweet tooth sugar addiction.  Last week ate 4 ‘heaven’ ice cream bars a day, every day.

I second that Adrian does indeed have a dirty, dirty, sweet tooth sugar addiction. 4 heaven ice cream bars a day for a week is outrageous and very, very funny.
I know everything there is to know about Hamish so yes, any questions should be directed my way.
As for my own dirty laundry, there’s quite a bit but I’ll have to make up my mind which is appropriate for this board. Adro’s is a classic!

When I wake up to go to Crossfit at 4:30-5am aka ‘f**koff o’clock’, I check the WOD on my phone to see if its worth getting out of bed for.  If its a 5km run or something I can do at home, I roll over and go back to sleep.

This would be all fine and dandy but that 5km run doesn’t always happen later in the day…I should just take a teaspoon of cement, harden the f**k up and get out of bed.

I check the WOD.

I’ve learnt to break the “checking the WOD before going in” habit.  No matter what it says it doesn’t look too fun, and yeah, sometimes will stop you from going.  CF works best with the element of surprise.
