STRETCHING

In the course of my never ending pursuit of knowledge I stumbled across a website that would appear to provide a lot of detail on stretching.
I haven’t had a chance to read it fully (only glanced at Static and PNF stretching) but appears to have had a bit of thought put into it.

http://www.cmcrossroads.com/bradapp/docs/rec/stretching/

Interested in peoples thoughts on it.

Oy! Before a work out, you do a “warm up” - something that is intended to warm up your blood temp to lubricate your muscles. Try jumping rope for 7 minutes…

Why not 8 minutes and a grease and oil change, got to make sure your muscles are properly lubricated.
