I was raised on the Mornington Peninsula, but have spread my wings in the past few years. I have recently lived in London, Malmö (Sweden), Helsinki (Finland), Guangzhou (China) and I currently live in Xiamen, China. I have always been a keen (very amateur) sportsman, and want to be fit and healthy for the rest of my life.
