I gave this a go as Rx'd 7:15 What time range was this WOD designed for? I've a feeling I went a little over the intended time. Perhaps future WODs which are timed could give a ballpark figure?

Ok I changed things up a bit (or down) as I have no weights. 21-16-9 Wall ball @8kg Pushups Kettlebell swings @16kg 6:36 - I need heavier stuff I think 16kg kb just doesn't cut it anymore. 100 lunges 4:12

Started this at home as rx'd but my left knee flared up after first 12 thrusters 32 seconds in. I subbed for push jerk and completed it untimed. Worked on power clean form.

Did It in 4:10 @ 20kg (just the bar), think i should have gone a bit heavier... still trying to get a feel for what i can/cant do safely with right technique :\ (2nd time doing thrusters). Couldn't do the lunges, worked on squat/angle flexibility/kipping instead.

I targeted a 4-7min window at the rx'd load based upon the level of our athletes. (As always this is only a guide)

Well done everyone who gave it a go.
