Ben: subbed: 2 x 10kg DB Thrusters for Wall Ball (no ball or suitable location) Thrusters: 12, 10, 11, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8 = 75reps Pull ups: 8, 8, 8, 4, 4, 5, 6, 4 = 47reps Squats: 19, 16, 17, 16, 15, 15, 15, 15 = 126reps SDHP (20kg): 9, 11, 13, 12, 12, 13, 12, 12 = 94reps Ridiculous workout!! Tough tough tough. Had a mate watching/timing/scoring/ providing peer pressure which helped. Glad to survive and achieve something. Will be interested to read what scores other people achieve and to see what Hanna can do later today! Thanks!

Hanna: subbed/scaled: 2 x5kg thursters for wall ball, pullups @ 40kg assistance, SDHP @ 2 x 5kg plates. Thrusters: 7,7,7,7,6,7,7,7 = 55 Pullups: 7,7,6,5,4,4,5,5 = 43 Squats: 13,14,13,15,14,14,15,14 = 112 SDHP: 9,11,11,12,12,11,12,13 = 93 Found it a tough slog! Pullups were deadly, legs were fried. Wow....
