completed on the 30/5 Hanna Scaled/subbed: KTE with assistance to get full ROM, pushups chest to focus pad. 50 x DUs for Gasser. 11:00 then 31.6seconds 42.8 28.3 28.9 Still feeling the effects of a big bender the other night, but got through it after some hesitation. The circuit was not my best effort. DUs were good and only had one stuff up (round 2). Pushups to the focus pad were lower than normal, so progress is happening! Ben: Subbed: 50x DUs for Gasser. 5:39 then 27.5seconds 26 30 29 Circuit was ok. Pushups were hard...haven't done many recently and it showed. KTE always hard, but improving. Jumps ok. DUs were good and only one stuff up (round 3). Nice to do them as a stand alone exercise and not in the middle of some killer circuit. Cheers
