Plyometric jumps:
Push Press 5,5,5,5,5

Ben:
Broad Jumps: 206cm,214cm,214cm (max distance in each round of 5)
Box Jumps: Two plates + bench, did jump on, jump off, jump over =1rep
Push Press: 50kg,60,65,70(PB for 5),75(failed 2nd rep, PB for 1), 65.
Was good fun doing some plyo stuff...and the PP went well.

Push Press: 30,30,35(fail 5th rep),35,35
Box jumps weren't easy, as much a leg lift as a high jump. Push press was = PB for 5...40kg seemed beyond me tonight. Thanks!
