In teams of 3-4, complete the following with a running clock.
Row for distance for 10minutes.
Max. distance per athlete per effort is:
- Teams of 3 – 350m
- Teams of 4 – 500m
Max. wall ball shots in 5 minutes.
Athletes must rotate after 10 reps.
Max push press in 5 minutes (bar only – 20kg/15kg).
Athletes must rotate after 10 reps.
Score is metres plus reps.

For the purpose of intensity, the loosing teams or the teams with the total score in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place are required to do Burpees. The winning team get to watch and call no rep.
