  • Jumping pull-ups
  • Kettlebell swings, 24kg/12kg
  • Walking lunges
  • Knees to elbows
  • Push press, 35kg/25kg
  • Back extensions
  • Wall ball shots, 9kg/7kg
  • Burpees
  • Double unders

      FYI Adam and Team – the links that you put everyday with the WODs ‘the importance of mobility drills’ etc. are not hyperlinked properly and cannot be clicked (on firefox)

      Great session this morning – run very well and lots of great encouragement. Kudos to Joel who pushed through to finish (with great form)with 17 fellow crossfitters screaming encouragement. That’s what we’re talking about!! Good energy. Good to see Gibson before 7am somewhere other than Fitz :)

        Thanks Christian, I must say it was a new experience to have that many people yelling at me at once – they usually go one at a time ;)

        My only goal was to complete the filthy fifty as prescribed – so I’m pretty chuffed I got there eventually. One day I’d like to complete it within a half-hour. One day maybe :)

      Awesome workout this morning — I’m only 8 weeks into my Crossfit journey so I just did the Dirty 30. Looking forward to tackling the full thing in a few months if it rolls around again!
