10min workout and AMRAP

10 minutes working with 1-2 of the following, 20m AHAP:

  • Sled pulls
  • Tyre flips
  • Prowler pushes, high grip
  • Resistance sprints using bands

Fit is as many efforts as time and equipment usage allows.

 

Then…

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

  • Deadlift, 3, 70-75% of 1RM
  • Bear crawl, 15m
  • Complete 3 rounds. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
