10min workout and AMRAP

10 minutes working with 1-2 of the following, 20m AHAP:
- Sled pulls
- Tyre flips
- Prowler pushes, high grip
- Resistance sprints using bands
Fit is as many efforts as time and equipment usage allows.
AMRAP in 3 minutes:
Complete 3 rounds. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
