We are using it for two main reasons: 1) to get some volume through our members, and 2) to ensure members are lifting adequate loads. As we have seen already this week a number of people have lifted excessive reps on the max set when the previous sets should have been near capacity. Ultimately, it's another for us to learn more about our athletes and for our athletes to improve. Scott has the name of the programming methodology that got us into the max programming.
