I think the trainers have been forced into rushing alittle as the class size has doubled since the cancellation of the 7am and the arrival of warmer weather. A lot of the Oly movements we need to do crossfit workouts are with 3 racks. The arrival of new equipment should help matters. I’m glad Andy brought this up.
