Pushed hard on the work intervals and walked slowly on the rest intervals. Running definitely getting better. My hammies are still feeling the 100xDL workout from 3 days ago, and I only did 75% of BW. Took about 30mins today, figured there was no point timing total length and I was unable to time each run.
