I cant bend my arms rtoday but the old adage no pain no gain keeps me going! Was suprised at how I did. 12min 10 secs on the row pulls and squats! I got to say thanks to the trainers and everyone, great atmosphere and im glad i have jumped on board!! Look forward to Friday Last night was my second CF session and i must say it smashed me!
