Should be 100% again in a day or so. Hanna: Scaled: 40kg DL. 8:50 DL was relatively easy and technique solid, so heavier next time. Burpees were chest to ground round 1, and then to half way down (stability getting sloppy with fatigue). Very happy with the workout after having most the week off due to travel for work.
