Thanks for the concern! It really seems like CFV is an exciting place to be at the moment. When I get back to Oz, i look forward to coming in and smashing out a few workouts. Until then I have to be part of 'cyber-only' division and try to convince my lazy friends to go along and have a look. All runs were at 14kph, all squats unbroken, steady pace. Thoroughly enjoyed this workout and the back and hips feel less stiff now (was definitely a good move to take it slightly easy). What are some of the better times being done for this workout? In another month I would love to find an aths track and give this a proper hitout with some times to beat. here we go:
