5 sets of 3 of each of the following:
- snatch grip deadlift
- snatch grip overhead press (behind the head)
- snatch grip push jerk (behind the head)
- drop snatch balance (behind the head)
Now, (if you know what you are doing) try 5 x 3 power snatches from the high hang position.
